ORDER CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rules regarding cancellation vary depending on what type of order you have made.
MASSAGE or TREATMENT
You can always cancel or reschedule your service within 24 hours of purchase, unless the service has already taken place.
If you wish to cancel a service event more than 24 hours after receiving your Booking Confirmation, and provided the applicable service is not due to take place within the next 24 hours, you will be entitled to a full refund of the applicable amount via the original method of payment, you may also transfer your booking for another time. If however the appointment is due to take place within the next 24 hours you will not be entitled to a refund or a credit note and may not reschedule.
YOGA CLASS
Classes including Virtual apply. You can always cancel or reschedule your service within 24 hours of the class, unless the class has already taken place.
If you wish to cancel a class more than 24 hours after receiving your Booking Confirmation, and provided the applicable class is not due to take place within the next 24 hours, you will be entitled to a full refund of the applicable amount via the original method of payment, you may also transfer your booking for another time. If however the class is due to take place within the next 24 hours you will not be entitled to a refund or a credit note and may not reschedule.
GIFT CARDS
You may only cancel a Gift Card within 24 hours of receiving your Order Confirmation - and we can offer you a full refund, unless you have already used it to make a booking. After 24hrs, Gift Cards are non refundable and non-transferable and last for 6 months from the purchase date.
PRODUCTS
You may cancel a product order provided the the product has not already been dispatched. If however the the product has already been dispatched you will not be entitled to a refund or a credit note.
